The last emails reek of your white fragility. When BIPOC speak up about racism, white people people accuse them of being “aggressive” and having “an axe to grind”. Of course I’m mad, because now I am so clear on how deep your racism runs.

There’s going to be a day, hopefully not too far into the future, when everything I am saying to you is going to click and just make sense. And when that day comes, I’ll be here. 

I do not have the bandwidth nor is it my responsibility to teach you about racism. The journey of white unlearning has to come from within.
